- Communication is the most important aspect of human life compared to writing, reading. It is rarely realized that no one can escape from communication activities. Therefore, communication plays a very important role in one institution. The headmaster at the school has a great responsibility to meet the expectations of the various stakeholders, according to roles and duties as leaders, managers, educators, administrators, innovators, supervisors and motivators. But as time progressed to globalization should the school principal can adjust according to its function as a professional headmaster. The quality improvement of school education is highly determined by the ability of the headmaster to empower faculty and members of its community as a whole. One indicator of the success of the headmaster leadership is measured by the quality of education that is in the lead.
