- This study aims to describe the Implementation of Madrasah Chief Policy in Improving the Quality of Education in MTs Madinatussalam Tembung. This study aims to reveal: (1) Madrasa head policy in improving the quality of education in MTs Madinatussalam Tembung. (2). Implementation of madrasah head policies in improving the quality of education in MTs Madinatussalam Tembung. (3). The results of the policy of the head of the natural Madrasah improve the quality of education in MTs Madinatussalam Tembung. The study uses qualitative research, with a phenomenological approach, research data collection is obtained by interviewing, documenting and observing techniques. To check the validity of the data using tringulation techniques, namely the Source Triangulation, Engineering Triangulation, Time Triangulation. The step of analyzing data using Milles and Hubberman's model of data analysis is to reduce data, present data and then conclude. The results of this study are three findings in this study, namely: (1) Madrasah head policy in improving the quality of education in MTs Madinatussalam Tembung.designed in the work program of Madrasah principals in each school year (2). The implementation of the madrasah head's policy in improving the quality of education in MTs Madinatussalam Tembung went very well and all participated in the program. (3). The results of the policy of the head of the natural Madrasah improve the quality of education in MTs Madinatussalam Tembung very satisfying both in terms of teacher and student achievement.
