- This study aims to identify and critically analyze the cues in the verses in Surat al-Kahfi that speak and have relevance to the values of faith education. Specifically, this study aims to; a) Describe the values of faith education in the letter al-Kahf, b) Describe the values of faith education that can be understood in the letter of Al-kahf, c) Describe the implications of the values of faith education in the letter al-Kahfi in contemporary Islamic education. This study is a library research (non-field research). Data analysis technique used is the technique content analysis. The results of this study indicate that; the values of faith education in the letteral-Kahfin general refers to correcting the faith (purifying the faith), correcting the method of thinking, correcting the norms of faith. This conclusion is summarized based on the interpretation of the QS. Al-Kahf/18: 1-8. The values of faith education In this letter al-Kahfi, that is: a. prohibition to do shirk to God b. the prohibition of denying the risen day and the Day of Resurrection, c. prohibition is arrogant, d. The suggestion to patience, e. The suggestion of remembrance, f. The suggestion to sit with the righteous and good even though they are the poor and the dear, d. The suggestion zuhud (about leaving the world) life in the world and put the life afterlife, e. The suggestions to always sincerely for God alone. While the values of belief education can be understood in the QS. This al-kahf, depicted in several stories, includes: a. the story of Aṣḥâbul Kahfi, as for the values contained in it, that is: the value of tauhidullah (of the gods), the value of faith to God, the value of tadhiyah (sacrifice), the value ukhuwah 'aqidiyah (Brotherhood based on faith), the truth value of the day of resurrection and nature mahsyar
