- Library function is as a vehicle for education, research, and preservation of intelligence and information to improve the intelligent of the nation, also to provide services to users, increase interest in reading, and expand knowledge.Because that functions whatever the type of library, need to employ a quality manager that can manage and enable the library well in an effort to make the library as a means of increasing human resources. Library manager must be open to learning and improvingthe capacity themselves to be a professional librarian, so as to encourage interest and reading habits in school, and in High school.
