- Studies of law and economics in Islam are interrelated with each other. That is because both of them are part of Islam. As part of the Islamic studies, these two two aspecs (law and economics) are based on the same resources. Qur’an and Hadis as mashadir al-ahkam. Economic activity in Isamic perspective requires a basis for enforcemen and legal institutions. While the legal aspecs in Islam apparently have an economic dimension. This article try to explain the relationship between the two aspecs (law and economics) in Islam.
