- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Good Corporate Governance Organizational Performance in PD Pasar Surya City Surabaya.Metode this study using quantitative research methods. The technique used to collect data using techniques of primary data collection (questionnaire / questionnaire) and secondary data collection methods (literature review). The results of this study: (1) There is the influence of the Good Corporate Governance Organizational Performance in PD Pasar Surya Surabaya amounted to 72.47% and 27.53% influenced by other variables. (2) Correlation between Good Corporate Governance and Organizational Performance at 0.8513. (3) Test results of the statistical hypothesis test t obtained 13.9570635 means there is a significant effect between good corporate governance Organizational Performance. (4) The Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in PD Pasar Surya Surabaya in good category with a percentage of 53.7%. (5) The Organizational Performance in PD Pasar Surya Surabaya in good category with a percentage of 58.8%. (6) There is the lowest value in the variable GCG ie Fairness Indicator. Lack of market managers in fulfilling the rights of stakeholders tibul under the agreement. (7) are the lowest value in a variable, namely Organizational Performance Indicators Productivity. Because the proven abolition of the traditional market 14 of 81 markets and now there are only 67 traditional markets. Keyword: Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Performance, PD Pasar Surya.
