- This research aims to know the optimization stage reactor RBC media serrated with the addition of oxygen and without the addition of oxygen in the wastewater from industrial processing tempe. From research conducted obtained results that are the most variable Optimization of the largest COD reduction was 92.10% by addition of oxygen in a tub with a time of detensi precipitator 3.5 hours. Whereas the efficiency decrease in COD is without the addition of oxygen at concentrations of COD on the detensi with a time of 0, 7jam s/d 3,5 jam in a reactor. The smallest COD reduction optimization is 4.97% dibak reactor on without adding oxygen to the smallest, most detensi time of 0.7 seconds 844,51 mg/l COD. Overall results of this study indicate that the reactor can cultivate proven RBC wastewater industry of area tenggilis of surabaya. The value of all the parameters in the effluent under the threshold of quality raw wastewater for industry (decision of the Governor of East Java, 2013). Changes to the addition of oxygen and without oxygen very influential towards the optimization of allowance for all parameters.
