- One of the educational material that needs to be given to children aged 8-11 years is religious education. This is because religious education became central to the formation of character, which will determine the morals of children and young people create superior and good moral. The formation of character in children can be started from performing ablution, prayer and the recitation of prayer after prayer that according to the teachings of Islam. But there are still many children aged 8-11 years who do not understand how the procedure ablution, prayer and doa correctly, then to resolve the issue in need specific strategies to guide children effectively and new methods in teaching religion can be interesting and easy to understand. Interactive Multimedia is one of the popular media of children, and it is effectively used as a medium of learning Islam. Interactive Multimedia is media that is able to combine text, images, audio, music, animation or video images in a single unit that supports one another in order to achieve the learning objectives.
