In this study, researc her susing qualitati vere search methods as wellas a descriptive analysis of the data analysis method. In addition, the theory used in this research is the theory of Elihu Katz Hypodermik needle that addresses the media portrayed communicators marter and also more segalannya from the audience. Informants in this study is that hijab Muslim community. The technique of collecting data using interview sand data analysis techniques. The result of this research is that it can be concluded that the public perception of Internet users against hijab tutorial on youtube Shar'ie not negatively affect Muslim communities who see it because it does not contain elements of Islamic law and not become a Muslim woman who completely.
