- Competition intensifies businesses have created a company to enhance shareholder value that can be done through an increase in shareholder wealth. The existence of the shareholders and the management role is critical in determining the magnitude of the benefits to be obtained by the company. lnvestors will certainly be interested to invest in companies that profit promising prospects for the future. lt can be seen from the ability of the company makes a profit, the ability to pay off its current liabilities using current assets, the ability to use the capital to cover the debt and determine whether the capital investment made by making beneficial or detrimental to stock return indicators to improve the wealth of investors, including which the shareholders. This study aimed to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets of the company stock returns Automotive and Allied Products that go public in lndonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are the financial statements of Automotive and Allied Products company that went public in the lndonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2007 to 2010. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique ie sampling technique in which every member of the population has an equal chance to be drawn as a sample. The research sample amounted to 15 companies during the observation period of 4 years. The data used are secondary data and analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on assets does not significantly affect stock returns Automotive and Allied Products companies that went public in the lndonesia Stock Exchange.
