- In the era of market competition increasingly varied and very competitive, it would be necessary a new breakthrough that could lead consumers to choose and are interested in the products or services offered. This requires the company to conduct its activities effectively and efficiently as possible, so that it can be protected in a relatively long period of time. Many companies that perform a wide range of creative ideas to overcome the competition that exists primarily in companies engaged in the same. Data analysis techniques in this study is the information in the form of qualitative narratives produced in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) and a questionnaire relating to the business strategy Township Tour & Travel in Yogyakarta to compete by using analysis of marketing strategies will then be drawn a conclusion SWOT. The purpose of this study is to identify the business strategies used in running businesses and developing a business. Furthermore, the researchers used a technique that is focused synthesis analysis techniques using relevant theories from the relevant literature used to explain the observed phenomena.
