- In Indonesia, the level of telecommunications services is relatively low compared to other countries. Along with the rapid development of the telecommunications industry in Indonesia and the increasing number of population will affect both the telecommunications company. Can be seen in the companies studied have shown a fluctuating income. This study aims to identify and analyze what marketing strategies undertaken by PT. Selnet Optima Trikarsa Mas Nusantara archipelago in Sidoarjo in maximizing revenue and uses SWOT analysis (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threaths) with the aim to identify and explain the strengths and weaknesses (internal environment) as well as the opportunities and threats (external environment), and the marketing strategies that need to be note is 7P (product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence). This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques are in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), participant observation (participant observation), field research (field research), documents and literature studies. Samples were selected that aim (purposive sampling) to obtain in-depth information, in this case 5 informant chosen as a resource researchers that Chief Regional Area Manager, Regional Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Document Control, and employees. And test the validity of the data using a credibility test for the data that describe the results obtained so easy to understand and to prove that the data obtained is valid. There is concluded that the through SWOT analysis, strategy used is sufficient to support an aggressive strategy to maximize company revenue by always utilizing the company's opportunities and strengths in the face of competition.
