- Coffee is the one of favorite drink for any people ranging from teenagers, adults to the elderly. Some coffee companies competefor gething trusth of the public. Seeing the development of the coffee in Indonesian more increased, the produsent must finding the new question to create instant coffee with various flavors. ABC coffee and Torabika coffee is the one of the coffe companies that created a coffee milk. The purpose of this research is for knowing the differences of customers who buy and consume of ABC coffee milk and Torabika coffee milk. This research uses quantitative research methods with comparison type. Population and samples in this research were using students of faculty of social sciences and political sciences from universitas of pembangunan nasional east java. Assessment differences of coffee measured by using a likert scale questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who had consumed coffee ABC milk and Torabika milk. Used variables to measure the quality of coffee product are quality variables product with indicator variables such as composition, flavor, smell and colour andthen brand variables product with indicator varoables are brand that is memorable and brand have a positive conotation. The result of this research indicate that there are significant differences in the variable quality of the products. Quality from Torabika milk more supperior than ABC milk. While for brand products are not significant difference. This is because both of products a has a well known brand communiyi and has a positive connotation.
