  • The study is a qualitative research which based on a business strategy that is carried out by CV PLAN>net Desain and an initial of strategy in developing a business that can survive in long periods of time. Although still in its production activities using sophisticated tools by human power. CV PLAN>net Desain placed in Medokan Asri Tengah MA 2-Q No. 16 Surabaya has been almost seven years still exist of doing business in advertising. The main obstacle of CV PLAN>net Desain is if there is competition in terms of product prices that do not correspond to material price increases. CV PLAN>net Desain is one of Medium Enterprises in the field of advertising services specifically visualized marketing support to surviving among its competitors. This business can survive because it has a business strategy that prioritizes on the speed, effectiveness and quality. The method is applied in the form of qualitative descriptive approach with the aim to describe the complex social reality by applying the concepts of existing theories. The results based on the analysis of data obtained from interviews to the owner, employees and customers of CV PLAN>net Desain. Based on the results obtained and a discussions of the research, it can be seen that the business strategy which done by CV PLAN>net Desain in developing a business that includes a SWOT analysis and business strategy in the areas of Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Production.
