- One of the factors in order to achieve sales effectiveness is the presence of a good and adequate system of internal control within the company. Given the importance of the company's sales activities, any elements in internal control should be noted because that are the basis for the implementation of sales effectiveness. Possibility of deviations arising from the sales activities is very large. If the management of sales activities are not controlled by good and adequate system of internal control, then it will directly harm the company as sales goals not achieved and result in losses to the company. Internal control is a must have for any company. The variables used in this study is Organizational Structure (X1), System Authorization and Registration Procedures (X2), Healthy Practice (X3), Capable Employees (X4), and Sales Effectiveness (Y). The samples in this study were 39 employees in the sales department BEHAESTEX PT Gresik. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research are Linear Recourse. The results found Authorization System and Recording Procedures have any impact on sales effectiveness. Meanwhile, Organizational Structure, Practice Healthy, Capable Employees have no influence on the Effectiveness of Sales at PT. BEHAESTEX.
