- This research based on the marketing efforts of any organization that aims to reach consumers in order to chose the product and not the product of its competitors. Flashy Surabaya shop doing some sales promotion techniques such as discounts, gits, raffle, and membercard. The response given is due to the consumer or otherwise influence occurs from felling love and action on messages after going through the process of attention, understanding, and acceptance is done receivers. Starting from cognition, affective, then conation. Quantitative research methods using purposive sampling. In this research the independent variable has a sales promotion techniques (X) and the dependent variable is the attitude of the costumer purchase (Y). The population in this research is the consumer Flashy Surabaya shop with a simple of one hundred respondents. The results showed that the independent vairiable simultaneously positive significant effect on consumer purchase attitude variable (Y) with the indicated F> arithmetic F table by using the F, based on the test of independent variables partially significant effect on the attitude of purchase (Y). Key words: advertising (X1), Individual sales (X2), Sales Promotion (X3), Public Relations (X4) and the purchase Decision (Y)
