  • Communication teachers and students should dibanguan effectively to instill a balanced education interpersonal communication between the two. Teachers are caring and attentive to their students that will make the students do not hesitate to ask her to talk about various things , teachers also serving as role models for their students . The purpose of interpersonal communication there 6 are: finding yourself , finding the outside world , forming and maintaining meaningful relationships , changing attitudes and meaningful , to play and kesenagan and to help . Attitude research used in this study was a descriptive study with qualitative data . The technique used to collect the primary data source is the in-depth interviews ( indepht interview) that produces data in the form of words and data capture techniques informants using purposive sampling techniques informants retrieval techniques based on specific characteristics . Based on the data analysis and discussion of the research results , it can be argued that interpersonal communication is predominantly teachers and students tend to lead to intimacy and closeness between the communicator and the communicant dare to open your heart and receive candor attitude between the two.
