- Management is always trying to identify all matters that could affect employee morale.One indicator of decline in employee morale is declining employee discipline. Low-level employee discipline on the next stage will result in a high cost economy is the creation of employment practices that are not working efficiency as defaulters. Employee performance is one factor to be considered and taken seriously by employers, because employees are the resource that drives and directs the organization, the company considers that every employee is a valuable asset to achieve the goal. The purpose of this study is to investigate and empirically test the influence of motivation, discipline and job satisfaction to employee performance in the Regional Water Company in the city of Mojokerto. Motivation research variables are (X1), Discipline (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) as the independent variable and Employee Performance as the dependent variable (Y). The sample in this study were all employees of 43 people at the Regional Water Company in the city of Mojokerto. Technical analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that the motivation variable (X1), Discipline (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) a significant positive effect on employee performance and discipline variable (X2) the most dominant influence on Employee Performance.
