  • This research aims to study the production process on the white oyster mushroom farming. So that researchers can analyze the risk of physical, economic, and factors - factors that affect the production of white oyster mushroom, and know the efforts to overcome these problems. The analysis used the descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, f test, and risk analysis. The most effective method is used to measure the impact of risk is Value at Risk.Hasil study of white oyster mushroom business in the village district wadungasih Buduran shows Kumbung area, Total Baglog, Watering Frequency and Labor is a factor - a very influential factor in the production of oyster mushroom farm in white with proved it using linear regression analysis with significant results. production of mushrooms in oyster mushroom farms have the risk of failure by 44.4% and economic risks experienced by farmers during the years 2011-2012, the lack of production revenue of Rp, 10,419,732, resulting in production of mushrooms at risk is quite high. Constraints faced by farmers who fungus in the village Wadungasih.diantaranya availability of capital and lack of motivation. To overcome this, the farmers have to pay attention to the material Pertu mushrooms where the possibility of pests such as mice, or in kumbung stabils temperature that can affect the growth of fungi, to avoid the failure of farmers to be more noticed.
