- Coffee Corner need of marketing communications strategy. Marketing communication strategy used is the promotion aimed expand the area of marketing and retain customers, and using the internet media, print media as a means of communication with both candidates and clients. The purpose of this study to determine the marketing communication strategies Coffee Corner in an effort to retain customers. Informants or subjects in this study were the informants consisting of sub-division marketing, employee Coffee Corner, and visitors Coffee Corner. Data collection technique used interview and observation techniques. Tenik data analysis using indepth interviews and triangulation. The results of this study are the marketing communications used by Coffee Corner are advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity and public relations, and direct marketing. It is able to increase sales but increase the enthusiasm of people, especially young people to frequent visits to the Coffee Corner. Keywords: Marketing Communications
