- At this time virtually all companies engaged in the industry was faced with a problemthat is the level of competition is increasingly competitive. This requires companiesto plan the future capacity of production to meet market demand in a timely and appropriate amount. Problems faced PT.WIHARTA WORKS GREAT GRESIK is often experienced delays in the completion of orders, especially in the product "Bale Cover" CircularLoom because the machine is to form a yarn spinning machine is getting old, so the need to retest analysis to meet consumer demand, to complete problems at the company used a method (RCCP). The purpose of this study include: Planning for future capacity of production in each - each work station are optimal to meet the demand, and Knowing the difference inthe time of production capacity available with the production of RCCP. From the research, in Pt. Great Work-Gresik Wiharta still lacks the capacity of production time, from seven work stations there are only 3 workstations that already meet the production capacity at the work station is a short length of regulatoryprocess sacks, sacks cutting process and the pressing process finished productsfor the packed, while the 4 machines the other is the mixing process of rawmaterials, manufacturing of yarn, spinning to form a bag, sewing bag, do not meetthe production capacity, so there needs to be penigkatan engine capacity, enginerepair or maintenance.
