- With the problem, then dipenelitian inidikembangkan a performance measurement by using indicators of performance measurement in accordance with the conditions of the company. To determine the performance of the company required a performance measurement by using the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) which indicators therein is Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, and Responsiveness. So that the obtained results of performance measurement company that will provide benefits, whether it be from the company itself, suppliers and consumers. PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIII Distrik Kalimantan Timur have existing problems that the lack of a performance measurement system that are comprehensive, so far only show that focuses on the performance of each part, so the need for simultaneous measurement of performance and continuous so that the company still exist . Based on research conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIII Distrik Kalimantan Timur using the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) and Analithycal Hierarcy Process (AHP). And known indicators do memerluan priority for improvement is an indicator that has the lowest score. Responsiveness indicators is obtained in which scores are located on the yellow and red indicators. The proposed improvement is a company must be more precise in predicting market demand, thereby making it easier to respond supplier if there are changes in demand or schedule delivery of raw materials. Unknown amount of supplier performance scores TBS Palm oil at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Distrik Kaltim, among others, the cooperative BPT has a score of 93,5%, so it needs to maintainits performance level, then the coorperative Tana Taka with a score of 89,65%, coorperative Paser Unggul with a score of 86,18%, coorperative Bolum Sejahtera with a score 88,46%, and coorperative Samuntai Indah with a score of 88,40%.
