- TOrganizational communication climate is formed through the interaction between members of the organization. Climate is not the nature of an individual, but maintained by the members of the organization. This study aims to determine the organizational communication climate PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera Syariah Surabaya based on problems that occur, namely the decrease in the number of insurance customers and not successful achievement of targets set by the company and also because of frequent internal conflicts between Unit Marketing and Financial Consultant, so the researchers wanted to know how the climate of organizational communication PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera Syariah Surabaya. This research method is a quantitative method with sample withdrawal technique using Purposive Sampling that is based on certain criteria id est employee of PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera Syariah Surabaya, especially Unit Marketing and Financial Consultant amounting to 27 people made the population. Based on data presentation and analysis of data obtained the conclusion that the climate of organizational communication at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bringin Jiwa Sejahtera Syariah Surabaya asa whole can be said is not good.
