- Productive employees are always needed by every company, in order to target of attainment of obtainable maximum and profit goal. That way also for PT. Pangan lestari which latterly face problems more and more downhill it's the salesman productivity, so that need to researched. Result of this research prove that salesman work productivity by significant in influenced by his education, his experience, his earning, his discipline work, his health and job motivation, and also the training given by a company to him. Among various factor influencing the productivity, what most enthused by its influence tum out to be experience factor and then factor of his training and education.
