- Sugar cane is one of main commodity that can be process as sugar. Sugar is one of main daily needed of human. This research is purposes to evaluation suitability land for plantingsugar cane in west area of Kediri Region. This research be done by survey methode and puting the soil sample from thae field. The soil sample be analize of physical, chemistry and the other data that be find from the field. Based on all datas be evaluation and classification into land suitability for sugar cane. This result of this research indicated that generaly west area of Kediri area was suitable for sugar cane with some limited on Slope, soil depth and relief.
