- In this globalization era, competition among companies are unavoidable. Improvemen in companies performance are mandatory to archieve the optimum production result, a result that could satisfied the customer needs. The existence of the supplier is one of the important factor to accelerate the production stage, as the supplier function to supply the raw materials. common main issue that faced each companies was delay on raw material delivery which importanl to production stage, because this delay either resulting delay on Ihe production process. Delay on raw material delivery happened because the delivery roule itself did not go to only one delivery dropping point, but a lot of delivery dropping point. Multi Criteria Decision Making - PROMETHEE expected 10 solve the issue on prioritizing the best supplier and using Goal Programming on choosing the best supplier and suit the companies need. Based on PROMETHEE, the selected supplier chosen was PT. Gracia Pasuruan with is value 0.36363, whereas Goal Programming supplier choose PT. Gracia Pasuruan with having the smallesl vallue, which is 0.120-1167E+ 09, by the comparison of two previous model, it can be concluded Ihat the supplier chosen by the companies was PT. Gracia Pasuruan.
