The continuous contact with the heavy metal not only effects negative consequence for human health, but also has destructive impact toward animals and plants. The use of effective and economical technology for taking the heavy metal ion recently is mostly focused on several biomassa relating to the biomassa ability in absorbing the heavy metal ion. In this research, it uses Rhizopus Arrhizus mushroom microorganism as to lower the Fe content within liquid waste. The principle of this research is to measure concentration of Fe rest after the process time with spectrophotometer. The defined changer is the waste volume = 300 ml. The studied variables are the mixing time = 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80 minutes, pH = 8; 7.5; 7; 6.5; 6; mushroom massa = 1.2 grams, and stirring speed = 40; 60 rpm. At 60 rpm, mushroom heavy = 2 grams, pH = 7.5 and mixing time = 80 minutes, it gains the result that mushroom can absorb the most Fe content, namely 6.923 ppm or 39.95%.
