Nokia represent winner in getf 'g market, with victory which enough from its competitor. Leave from the phenomenon, this research aim to to know considered factors is consumer in buying Nokia hand phone in Surabaya. Data collecting obtained by propagating questioner to hand phone Nokia consumer in Perum Kosagra Surabaya. Procedure Withdrawal of sample to see consumer behavior use sampling accidental. Analysis technique use factor analysis aim to lessen (reduction data), summarized a number of variable become slimmer as factor. Conclusion from this research. is to pass rotation by using factor analysis from 14 summarized variable become 11 variable and grouped in 4 factor cover part spare, quality of product, model product, and service (repair place)
