- One of the parameter to judge the success of an university is the quality of the alumnus product appearance in answering the challenge of the real world, either they choose professional line or education and academic line. Although like this, the mismatch can be happened between the graduate capability with the real world demand, if the factors outside education aspects like personal aspect or external factors beyond the reach of the education world. The background of this learning and teaching method is the problems that have been faced by the freshly graduate students as a result of the existing architectural education, The architectural education now and in tile future should be capable to produce ready-use graduates and capable to struggle in the global world that has been waiting for them. This ' thing can be achieve by learning method that introduce real entrepreneur or business world in the early stage. One of the solution is by developing learning method in the architectural department using "Design and Sell" method, the metnod that give chances to the students to know more about the working world and the real world.
