PT.PETROKIMIA Gresik alone specially in part of ZA, sometimes experience of difference of result produce with forecasting of previous data, which result its production process is desisted causing addition of overtime hour/clock or contract sub energy, as well as having an in with to the number of request of consumer and also accomplishment of manure subsidize to government,. Hence constraint which [in] facing is do time capacities produce have earned to fulfill request of consumer. Rought Cut Capacity Planning represent " analysis to test the availibility of available production facility capacities in fulfilling production mains schedule ( Master of Production Schedule) which have been specified" with Technique of Bill Of Labor ( BOL). From result of research, From four station work in Pt. Petrokimia-Gresik there are 2 station work still experience of lacking of capacities produce that is at job station Process Reaction and of Kristalisasi with detail of January month;moon equal to 6197.76 Hour / month;moon, for the month;moon of Feb up to December 2011 successively equal to 6495.64 Hour / month;moon for the Process of To packing with detail of January month;moon equal to 7437.84 Hour / month;moon, for the month;moon of Feb up to December 2011 successively equal to 7521.06 Hour/ month;moon. So that need the existence of addition of labour and machine in job station process and reaction of kristalisasi process and packing of product.
