Cream of coconut mink 100 ml included into bottle of ferment enhanced by starter of cell of amobil Saccharomyces cereviceae of according to peubah ( 2,4,6,8, 10 ml ), later;then ferment at pH = 4,5, during 24 clock , atcolumn temperature After analysed a best result of ferment obtained from starter addition 10 ml and 1 times the cell amobil usage with result sbb: obtained by a oil volume = 44 ml % FFA = 0,3 , lathering number = 252,45 , number iodium = 8,63 , and the peroxide number = 0 . And at cell amobil Saccharomyces cereviceae usage = 5 times its stability can be taken care of equal to = 88,63%.
