- Money is an agent to exchange goods and services. Economical wheel can't work without money. Bank Indonesia as central bank, choose by govermnet to produce and manage money circulate in Indonesia. Now we have been use some technology to handle finance transaction on bank like ATM and internet banking. But the technology to handle physically problem is least. One is money shipping problem, administrasi process for shipping is not computeri::e yet. During travel, condition and position of shipping can't know realtime. Need a software to save and process transaction data of money shipping on electronic way also trace condition and position the money during travel. This research make an application web based with administration and processing data money shipping include reali::ation date, responbility officer and report. The main subject is make tracing system that will observe the position, speedy and delivering status. This tracing system use Geographic Iriformation System support by AVL too!. There are 3 scenario experiment, first the nowadays position, second A VL status changes, and speedy control. First scenario, vehicle position can up to date showed agree with nowadays position. Status changes give warning to system. Speedy control monitor vehicle speedy during travelling and give warning if it brake the rule.
