- Background of this research are : (1) the necessary to increase farmer’s household economics; (2) the necessary to increase technology ability of the farmer, there are physically technology and social technology; (3). member of farmer’s household has a lot of leisure time; and the necessary to identify about farmer’s skills ability, it would be conduct skills training on-farm, off-farm or non farm activities. Based oil the backRrourld we arrailge the objectives of this research are (1). To identify a leisure time of the farmer and all of the members household; (2) To identify about the skills ability of the farmers; (3). To implementation LOMPAT Models for farmer’s group through training about integrated farming that consist of: production teehnolQgy of feed animal hnshandry; production technology of organic fertilizer; herbal ag ibusness iid nnagwl ability ci.4farncr’sorganization. We chose Kwadungan Lor village, Padas subdistrict, Ngawi district as athe location research with purposive metlod. is r search using statistical analysis, çgsist of descriptive and regression analysis. The research result is: 40% farmers doesn’t have another skills except farm skill; all of farmers has a lot of leisure tirnc tat could to .crca.se tillough technology i.raining; the level of adoption technology of the farmers is high significantly; and the dynamics of organization’s farm member influenced significantly to organization’s management. Generally, LOMPAT Models is effective for developed farmer’s group and individually.
