- The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between resilience and self-efficacy and social support; the relationship between social support and resilience; and the relationship between self-efficacy and resilience. The subjects of this study were 150 MSME entrepreneurs supplying the Upakarti Gallery in Sleman Yogyakarta Regency who were determined using the G*Power application in determining sampling using non-probability sampling techniques and samples obtained using incidental sampling techniques. Data collection used a scale modified by the researcher, including a reliability scale of 0.830, a social support scale of 0.915, and a self-efficacy scale of 0.886. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study are that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and resilience considering the r value of 0.757; social support has a positive relationship with resilience with an r value of 0.745; and self-efficacy and social support simultaneously have a positive relationship to resilience with an r value of 0.784. Self-efficacy and social support together have an effective influence on resilience by 61.4%, while self-efficacy has an effective contribution of 57.3%, and social support has an effective contribution of 55.6%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and social support on resilience in MSME entrepreneurs who supply the Upakarti Gallery, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta.
