  • This study aims to determine the effect of self esteem, self efficacy and performance appraisal on the performance of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. The hypothesis testing used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The number of samples used in this study were 35 respondens by referring to the purposive sampling method with the criteria of working period of employees > 6 months. The data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that self-esteem does not have a positif and significant effect on employees performance. This research also shows that self-efficacy effect does not have a positif and significant on employees performance. Meanwhile, performance appraisal has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
