  • This research was conducted to find out how much influence work discipline, compensation, and competence have on employee work productivity at Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta. This research method uses quantitative research. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The population in this study were 35 people using a saturated sampling technique. The results of the study show that: 1) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Work discipline on productivity is 2.683 > T-Table. 2) compensation and competence have no significant effect on employee productivity. Compensation for work productivity is 0.026 < T-Table and competence is 1.064 < T-Table. And the R value obtained is 0.650. The figure that work productivity is 65%.
