- This study aims to determine the effect of self regulation, work ethic, and work stress on cyberloafing behavior among PT BPRS Formes Syariah Sleman Yogyakarta employees. The research population is all employees, totaling 32 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique involving all employees. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the variabels of self regulation, work ethic, and work stress simultaneously influence cyberloafing behavior by employees. However, partially only work ethic and work stress have a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior with significance results of 0.007 and 0.004. Self regulation with a sig value of 0.296 which exceeds 0.05 has no effect on cyberloafing behavior.
