  • Study this aim for knowing influence satisfaction work , load work and work stress to performance employees during the corona virus disease covid-19 pandemic. Study this use method quantitative with processing primary data through given questionnaire to employees of Bank BTN Syariah Yogyakarta. Retrieval technique sample is using saturated sampling technique . Analysis tools used in study this is analysis multiple linear regression . Research results show that variable satisfaction work take effect positive and significant to performance employees during a pandemic with t count of 0.339 and value significant 0.006. Workload Variables take effect to performance employees during a pandemic with score t count of 0.831 and value significant of 0.001. While work stress is also not take effect to performance employees during a pandemic with score t count 0.000 and value significance of 0.996.
