This research is a quantitative research.&#xD; The sample in this study are BSI customers throughout Indonesia. Purposive&#xD; sampling was used in the sample collection process, and a total of 200 samples were&#xD; used. Partial Least Square (PLS), one of the statistical equation methods of the&#xD; Structural Equation Model, is used as the data analysis methodology in this study&#xD; of the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings of this study indicate that&#xD; personal innovation has no effect on behavioral intentions and user behavior when&#xD; using Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking services, work expectations,&#xD; business expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation,&#xD; price values, and behavior habits.
