This study uses a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples, the sample size used in this study is 64 employees. The analytical method used is the analytical technique used in this study, namely reliability test, validity test, multiple linear regression test, statistical test through T test, F test and determinant coefficient (R2) and multiple classical assumption test with the help of SPSS 22. Collection method data by using interviews, questionnaires, and literature study.
