  • aims to determine the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment, and work loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior ( OCB) to employees of PT BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta employees. The primary data in this study used 32 questionnaires which were processed. The population of this study are all employees who work at BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. Data processing used IBM SPSS 23 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer whether there is a significant influence between work motivation, organizational commitment, and work loyalty on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work loyalty has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
