- Job satisfaction is a positive statement from workers in their contribution to achieving organizational goals which is influenced by several factors. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of social support, work motivation, and emotional intelligence on employee job satisfaction at PT BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling method with the criteria of BPRS Al Mabrur employees who had worked at PT BPRS Al Mabrur for at least 1 year and were not outsourced employees. Respondents who collected a number of 31 people. Data were processed using SPSS software version 23. The results showed that social support had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. As well as social support, work motivation, and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction.
