  • This research aims to (1) produce an integrated physics of ethno-STEM (2) knowing the quality of the developed ethno-STEM integrated physics module,(3) knowing the response of students to the developed modul. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research. The development is done using 4-D research model covering 3 main steps, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development. The research instrument used was a validation sheet, an assessment sheet, and a students response questionnaire. The assessment of the quality of the module uses a Likert scale with a scale of 4 and student responses use the Guttman scale, both are in checklist forms. The result of this research is the ethno-STEM integrated heat and temperature material physics learning module in gamelan making for class XI Science. The quality of the module based on the results of the assessment of material experts, graphic experts and physics teachers received an average score of 3.42, 3.32, and 3.23 with criteria of Good. Studen’s responses to the product on small field test obtained the Agree criteria with a mean score of 0.90.
