- This study aims to determine the meaning of work on baristas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Participants in this study were experienced baristas. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. Data collection methods are semi-structured interviews and observation. Data analysis used is data analysis technique from Miles & Huberman. The results of this study are the three informants get positive values in life in the form of sincerity, love and mutual help, then there are similarities in vision and mission and views about colleagues, and are always challenged for development and the last is always grateful to God for work. as a barista. The influencing factors consist of compatibility of values, job characteristics, togetherness among orphanage social workers and trust in cooperation between workers.
