- This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, training, and experience of internship in the students ' interest in FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga Syariah Banking Study Program class of 2016 in Sharia banking industry. The analysis method used is a double linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the number of samples in this study being 73 respondents. The results of this study showed that the motivation and internship experience were positively and significantly influential on the interest of student careers, while training had no effect on the interest of student careers.
