- This study aims to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction of BPRS Sukowati Sragen employees. The independent variables used in this study are Career Development, Work Environment, and Compensation. The population in this study were part of the BPRS Sukowati Sragen and BPRS Sukowati Boyolali branches. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, amounting to 42 people. From the results of the distribution of questionnaires, there were 38 questionnaires that could be processed. The method of data analysis in this study is the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 20. The results of the study show that the development variables, work environment, and compensation together influence employee job satisfaction. the development of individual career has been proven to influence job satisfaction.
