  • This study aims to determine the effects of motivation, competence, and training on employee productivity at BPRS Suriyah Cilacap. Using a saturated sample in which the entire population is a sample of 35 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that motivation, competence, and training can simultaneously affect employee productivity. Partially, motivation has an effect on work productivity with a t-value of 5.537. Competence has an effect on work productivity with a t-value of 4.239 . Training also affects work productivity with a t-value of 2.330.
