The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with pooled cross section data which is tested using EViews 10. The number of samples in this study are 57 sukuk issued by 9 companies that issue corporate sukuk and are registered with ISSI between 2016 – 2020. The results prove that that partially inflation variables, BI 7 Day Repo Rate (BI7DRR), and Financial distress have a significant influence in a positive direction on the issuance of corporate sukuk in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the money supply and SBIS yields have a significant negative effect on the issuance of corporate sukuk in Indonesia.
