- this study aims to determine the relationship between gratitude and self-esteem with happiness. Subjects involved in the study werw honorary teacher in Ciamis Regency. The total sample participation was 212 honorary teachers from 43 sshools, taken using the quota sampling technique. The scale used to collect data is a gratitude scale with an alpha coeficient 0f 0.944, a self-esteem scale which has an alpha coeficient of 0.905, and a happiness scale with an alpha coeficient of 0.868. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis techniques.
