- This study aims to determine the effect of education background, work experience, personality, and work environment on employee performance in the case study of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The samping technique used was saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled, amounting to 33 employees. The date in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires and the interview process. The date analysis methods used are validity and reliability test classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using the IBM SPSS version 23 application. The result f this study indicate that simultaneously, the variable f educational background, work experience, personality, and work environment effect employee performance. As for the parsial, it shows that educational background work experience, and personality do not have a significant effect on employeeperformance, while the work environment has a significant effect n employee performance at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta.
